This Yabukita cultivar matcha from Yame in Fukuoka is an absolute treat to elevate your everyday matcha latte or a perfect fit for the traditionalist matcha drinker as well. Harvested from older tea bushes than our Barista Yame and then shaded for 25 days  prior to harvest to boost its L-Theanine content and drive up the minerality, umami, and general complexity in the cup. Beyond ceremonial grade, this early flush harvest matcha is our most premium offering.
