GABA Kamairicha

Exceptional pan-fired green tea from Usuki in Oita Prefecture in Japan.  This rare traditional green tea style from Japan has undergone an extra processing stage where it was stored in an anaerobic chamber for 6-10 hours in order to boost its concentration of GABA, which transforms this traditionally light-colored green tea into a beautiful forest green color and delivers a relaxing, yet stimulating effect from the combination of GABA and the tea's natural caffeine and catechin composition.
