White Peony // Bai Mu Dan

A mixed picking of fresh buds and larger leaves - our Bai Mu Dan from Taimu Mountain is processed in the traditional style of long sun-withering to produce a complex, sweet, and warming cup that evolves over many steepings. This process is a masterclass in how expert producers can apply just the right amount of human intervention to coax out the best features of the terroir and seasonality in their harvest.

Fantastic now and will only get better with age, this White Peony is a wonderful example of how complex and delicious white tea can be.
